Red & yellow habanero chili, fire roasted tomato, garlic, Spanish onion, lime, black pepper, coriander, cumin, kosher salt, white wine & white distilled vinegar. Fermented for 8 weeks. Our take on a nice salsa roja. This sauce has a more rustic finish to it. Lots of texture, big bold flavour, and deliciously balanced. A great choice for anything Mexican. Perfect for kicking up the old standards too.. eggs, pizza, chicken, pork. Another great “all arounder” with a bit more heat.
